  • Veteran enrollment certifications are certified through the Office of the Registrar by the Veteran’s School Certifying Official.
  • Chapter 30, 1606 & 1607 (REAP) students must verify your enrollment with the VA at the end of each month before you will receive your monthly benefit.
  • All courses must count towards completion of a degree program.

Helpful Resources

Step 1

Obtain your Certificate of Eligibility by visiting the GI Bill® website at or by calling 1-888-GIBILL1 (1-888-442-4551).  The VA will send you a Certificate of Eligibility which is required to begin certifying your enrollment.

Step 2

Apply to 正澳门六合彩官网.  In addition to your application, submit the following to the Division of Continuing and Graduate Studies:

  • Copy of DD214
  • Certificate of Eligibility (obtained from the VA)

Step 3

Step 4

Register for classes and begin your studies.  To register:

Traditional Students

  • Meet with your academic advisor and register during your designated registration period.

Continuing Education Students

  • Review your education plan with an academic advisor at Continuing and Graduate Studies in either Milton or Plymouth.
  • Submit the appropriate course registration form(s).

Graduate Students

  • Register during your designated registration period.

If you are financially responsible for any of your tuition, as determined by the VA, you will be required to pay this amount before you can register for any subsequent semesters.

If you are a veteran, the widow of a veteran, or the child of a disabled or deceased veteran, you may qualify for assistance from the United States Veterans Administration. For information, contact the Veterans Administration office nearest your home.

The college will adhere to the requirements of and comply with the Veterans Benefits and Transition Act of 2018, specifically S2248 PL 115-407 Section 103.

The college permits any covered individual to attend or participate in the course of education during the period beginning on the date on which the individual provides to the educational institution a certificate of eligibility for entitlement to educational assistance under chapter 31 or 33 of this title.

The college ensures that the educational institution will not impose any penalty, including the assessment of late fees, the denial of access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities, or the requirement that a covered individual bor­row additional funds, on any covered individual because of the individual’s inability to meet his or her financial obliga­tions to the institution due to the delayed disbursement of a payment to be provided by the Secretary under chapter 31 or 33 of this title.

2.  Please complete and mail one of the applications below to receive a copy of your (COE) Certificate of Eligibility letter.

If you have questions or need assistance completing an application below, please contact the VA at 1-888-GIBILL1 (442-4551 to speak with an Education Case Manager. You may also contact the Veteran’s Administration at through their secure e-mail services by clicking on FAQ’s/Submit a Question.  

Use this form to apply for educational assistance under the following benefit programs:

  • Post- 9/11 GI Bill® chapter 33 of title 38, U.S. Code
  • Montgomery GI Bill® (MGIB) chapter 30 of title 38, U.S. Code
  • Montgomery GI Bill® - Selected Reserve (MGIB-SR) chapter 1606 of title 10, U.S. Code
  • Reserve Educational Assistance Program (REAP) chapter 1607 of title 10, U.S. Code
  • Post-Vietnam Era Veterans' Educational Assistance Program (VEAP) chapter 32 of title 38, U.S. Code, or section 901 or section 903 of Public Law 96-342         

(complete only if you previously used Veteran’s educational benefits at another school) – a copy of this application must be submitted to the Veteran’s Certifying Official before submitting it to the VA

Use this form to apply for Transfer of Entitlement (TOE) to basic educational assistance under chapters 30 and 33 of title 38, U.S .Code and chapters 1606 and 1607 of title 10, U.S. Code. Use this form only if you are a dependent of an individual eligible to transfer benefits to his or her dependents. The service member's military branch must have approved the request to transfer benefits. The eligible service member must have designated you by name, the number of months transferred, and the period for which the transfer is effective.

To qualify for Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance you must be either: (1) the spouse or child of a veteran who is permanently and totally disabled as the result of a service-connected disability.

(Under Provisions of Chapter 35, Title 38,U.S.C.) (2) the spouse or child of an individual on active duty who has been listed for a total of more than 90 days as missing in action, captured in line of duty by a hostile force, forcibly detained or interned in line of duty by a hostile force, or forcibly detained or interned in line of duty by a foreign government or power, or; (3) the surviving spouse or child of a veteran who died of a service-connected disability or who died while a service-connected disability was rated permanent and total in nature.(4) the spouse or child of an individual on active duty for which the evidence shows that the individual is hospitalized for receiving outpatient medical care services, or treatment; has a total disability permanent in nature incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval, or air service; and the serviceperson is likely to be discharged or released from such service for such disability.

Vocational Rehabilitation provides services and assistance to certain veterans with disabilities to get and keep a suitable job. If employment is not reasonably feasible, vocational rehabilitation may be able to provide services to support veterans with disabilities to achieve maximum independence in their daily living activities.

GI Bill® Yellow Ribbon Program

This institutional and federal match program is open to eligible U.S. Veterans and does not require that you file a FAFSA for consideration. Recipients must be in a degree seeking, undergraduate program. You must contact the Veteran's Certifying Official located in 正澳门六合彩官网's Registrar's Office to have your eligibility for this program certified. The Yellow Ribbon Program is comprised of a 正澳门六合彩官网 Yellow Ribbon Grant and a federal Yellow Ribbon Match Award. You will need to complete an Enrollment Verification Form available in the Student Financial Services Office indicating your intended enrollment plans for the aca­demic year for which you are seeking funds. Funding levels are very limited and available on a first-come basis. Funds will be credited to the student's account once the fed­eral match component is received for the semester. Students must maintain eligibility and renewal criteria as outlined by the Veterans Administration.

Tuition Assistance

Military Tuition Assistance is a benefit paid to eligible members of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard. Congress has given each service the ability to pay up to 100% for the expenses of its members. Please contact your service branch to apply for tuition assistance benefits. Students must submit their tuition assistance authorization form to the Certifying Official of the college prior to the start of the semester.
