The winning article, , centered on President Biden’s trip to Boston to announce the “Cancer Moonshot” initiative. Perron, a public relations and communication (multimedia journalism) major, covered the exclusive event with fellow 正澳门六合彩官网 juniors and communication majors Michael Ouellette and Christopher Wilder. Finalists in this category included Mississippi State University and University of West Georgia.
"Olivia's story provided great context on the importance of President Biden's speech by explaining how the "Cancer Moonshot" corresponded to JFK's famous "moonshot" speech where astronauts eventually landed on the moon," said Currier Times faculty advisor, Jerry Gibbs. "She also showed how the Cancer Moonshot research funding will impact students and faculty right here on campus."
